For Human Health, cosmetics, biomaterials and other products intended to be used in Man:

Studies for proof of concept in laboratory animals
-Efficacy studies on animal models (diabet, cancer, arthrosis, cicatrisation, hormonal disorders, etc ) for the determination of activity, dose determination, efficacy comparison, with orthotopic xenograft, surgery, medical imaging
-Preliminary pharmacokinetics (usual routes or not) to study ADME processes on various animal species, tissue levels in brain, liver, kidney, etc. by using biopsy followed by LC-MS/MS quantification, determination of levels in biological fluids as blood, urine, milk, cerebrospinal liquid, etc
-Systemic and local tolerance studies for all kinds of products and modalities of administration or application, gross examination, histopathology, biopsy for tissue sampling, immunohistochemistry, medical imaging,

Analytical studies
-Development of analytical methods for the quantity determination of actives and metabolites in biological fluids and tissues, organs, with optimization and validation for an application to very small sizes of samples
